This is not my before and after photo but my before and DURING. It is my first comparison photo and I was apprehensive about posting it because I’m in my underwear and it shows how extremely overweight I was just 6 months ago. I knew I was losing weight, I was excited every time the number on the scale went down but every time I’d look in the mirror, I still saw the terribly overweight girl in the photo on the left and couldn’t see much of a change. It wasn’t until I joined my local gym and started with my PT in March 2013 that I really noticed my body changing. 
Since the April photo, I’ve lost another 2kgs so I’ve finally hit the -20kg mark!! I’m so happy with my progress so far. I still have another 20 - 25kgs before I reach my goal weight but I’m not giving up, I know I can do it and no one can tell me otherwise. 
I have worked my butt off to kill this fat. It hasn’t been a easy but it’s well worth it. I can’t wait to reach my goal. 
*I want to give a massive thank you to Sharee from Funeral For My Fat. I found her blog in December 2012 just 3 months into my journey, her transformation is amazing and she is a massive inspiration. I was determined to lose weight but it wasn’t until I saw Sharees videos that I realised there was so much more I could be doing to assist my weight loss. I check the FFMF blog almost daily to remind me to keep going no matter what. 
If you aren’t following Sharee - get on the FFMF bandwagon - She’s the best.
